Plaza Network ("Plaza Network", "we", "our", or "us") operates the Plaza Network ai application available at plazanetwork.ai (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use the Service.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2.1 Information you provide directly

• Account information: when you sign in (including via Google authentication), we receive your name, email address, and profile photo.
• Customer relationship data: contacts, companies, services, projects, quotes, invoices, tickets, and related business information that you input into the Service.
• Communication content: emails, notes, attachments, and other content you upload or generate within the Service.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, actions taken, timestamps.
• Device and connection information: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL.
• Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies for authentication and preferences. See Section 8.

2.3 Information from third parties

• Google authentication: if you sign in with Google, Google shares your basic profile information (name, email, profile photo) with us. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or other Google services unless you explicitly grant additional permissions.
• Integrated services: when you connect Plaza Network to third-party services such as WHMCS or MainWP, those services share data (such as billing records and website health metrics) with us as authorized by you.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate you and protect your account.
• Process transactions and manage your subscription.
• Communicate with you about the Service, including updates and security alerts.
• Respond to your inquiries and provide support.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, and technical issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Service, including:
  • Base44 (application hosting and infrastructure)
  • WHMCS (when integrated, for billing data synchronization)
  • MainWP (when integrated, for website management data)
  • Google (for authentication, when you choose to sign in with Google)
• Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Plaza Network, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Customer data within your CRM is retained per your account configuration. Upon account termination, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion: request deletion of your account and associated personal information.
• Portability: request export of your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection and restriction: object to or request restriction of certain processing.

California residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

• Analyze how the Service is used so we can improve it.

When enabled by the account administrator, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated, anonymized usage data (such as page views, session duration, and approximate location). Google Analytics may set cookies in your browser. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may impair Service functionality.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us so we can delete it.

If you sign in to the Service using Google authentication, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We use your basic Google profile information (name, email, profile photo) solely to authenticate you and create or update your account.
• We do not transfer this information to third parties except as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
• We do not use this information for advertising.
• We do not allow humans to read this information except (a) with your explicit consent, (b) for security purposes, (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) where the data is aggregated and used for internal operations.

Your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
